Last Will & Testament

A Will directs your Executor to transfer your property to certain persons upon your death. 

A Will is "valid" if it is in writing, signed by you, witnessed by two people who are not beneficiaries.

The Property transferred by a Will is only the property included in your "Probate Estate."

Georgia law dictates who your property will be distributed upon your death if you die without a Will.  It is called "Intestate" descent and distribution, and you may absolutely hate it or it my be exactly what you want to have happen.  You need to find out before it is too late.
